It’s that time of year again when it’s finally acceptable to start talking about Christmas. The John Lewis ad is out, I’m a Celebrity is on the horizon. All we need now is a really nice Christmas display….
Bournemouth Christmas Tree Wonderland is opening this Friday bringing the merrymaking and festive cheer back to Bournemouth for another year. Open on the 15th November all the way until the 2nd January, there’s plenty of time to visit.
Found down in the town square and lower gardens, the fair will feature many festive stalls for all your Christmas shopping needs as well as plenty of opportunities to sip on some mulled wine and to grab a mince pie.
This year’s wonderland will feature a Christmas tree trail with over 100 decorated and sparkling trees. The Fair will also feature, by popular demand, the return of the Alpine bar, located in the lower gardens. It is here where you can grab a drink before or after going on the ice rink, an area next to the bar which has increased in size by 20% this year.
Tickets for the ice rink will be less than half price on 19th November between 4:30pm and 5:45pm for all students.
A new feature to this year is a wooden alpine chalet that features booth seating and toasty log burners. The Chalet is available for private parties bookings for 30 – 120 guests, if you want to do something extra for a society or simply for friends or family.
