The annual One World Day is back, but this year it is even bigger, stretching over the 3 days of Monday, 27th – Wednesday, 29th March 2017.
One World Festival offers the perfect opportunity to showcase your country and everything that you love about home. It is also great to learn about other people’s cultures and meet people from all over the world.
The first few days will be open to any cultural society or group of friends or individual who would like to make a stall or host a workshop. “Create a fun event to teach people about your country’s traditions,” says Charlie Souter-Phillips, our VP Welfare.
It could be anything from a language class to a music session and anything in between.
If this sounds like something you would be interested in or if you would like some more information, please email the team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Wednesday, 29th March is the big event and will include lots of stalls from all over the world, offering food tasting and a delve into the traditions of another country, so make sure to put it in your diary.
Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity to meet new people, experience new things and have a great time doing it.
