Finally, Halloween season is upon us. You can celebrate your dark, black soul without judgement. If you still miraculously have some student loan left, then take a look at Nerve’s lovingly crafted Halloween nights out guide. Time to get your spooky groove on.
Cameo: The guilty asylum (Wednesday 31st October)
To be honest, this just sounds like regular Cameo Wednesdays with a spooky name, but what do I know? With tickets from £5 and drinks from £2.80, it might be your pricier option for a night out, but if you’re stuck for ideas then stick with what you know.
Sound Circus: Halloween Hypercandy (Wednesday 31st October)
If you’re skint (like me), Sound Circus is always your friend. Although not the mainstream choice because of its alternative music scene, with drinks from £1.50, it might just sway you. Save yourself some cash by showing your student ID on the door before 9:45 for free entry.
The Old Fire Station: Home slice Halloween Special (Tuesday 30th October)
From 10pm on Tuesday, not only can you celebrate the spooky season, but you can grab some free pizza while you do it. Don’t bother with dinner, just rock up in your spookiest finery and grab from free pizza. Carbs and ghosts? 10/10 love this already. They also have scare cams (which sound spooky but I have no idea what they are?) so there’s that extra mystery to look forward to!
Halo: The Church of the Dead (Wednesday 31st October)
Where better to celebrate Satan and all his spooky doings than in a church? Boasting zombie fire eaters and glitter cannons, Halo’s gone all out for your Halloween enjoyment. Entry starts at 9pm and drinks start at £2.50.
