New York Shopping Splurge !!

Taking a trip to the fashion capital of the world only means one thing, shopping, and I did just that! After having this trip booked for eight months and being able to save for that long, it is safe to say that I went a bit crazy but I thought that you all would like to see what I bought so I will share that with you all!

The first thing that I bought was an ‘I heart NY t-shirt’, no one can go to New York without buying one of these. It is just a black t-shirt with white writing. I don’t think I’ll wear it out but it will probably be my new top to sleep in but it was just something to remember the trip by!

The next thing that I wanted to make sure I bought was an Abercrombie & Fitch Tee. I wanted to get something with the name written on it because I haven’t got anything from here before so I found this simple white graphic tee and I think it is a really nice fit on! You can buy it online here.AFTee

I definitely went a bit crazy in Abercrombie because I also bought a scarf in there. There was one that I wanted but it was $60 but then I found another one that I liked more from the kids range and it was cheaper. It is a simple blue knit scarf with greens, pinks and whites running through it and it literally goes with everything and it was such an amazing price! It is on the UK website here.

Another brand that I wanted to make sure I bought from Victoria’s Secret’s Pink brand. I bought two tshirts called campus tops and they are just a plain top with a different coloured sleeve which I just think adds that something extra. I got these in black & white and grey & mint as they were on offer for 2 for $42! These are also available online in several different colours here.PTeePTee2

Again from Abercrombie & Fitch I bought a blue hoody with Fitch across the chest. I knew I wanted to get a hoody as I needed something warm to wear on one of the days we were there but they were so hard to find in there. I finally found this one and I just picked it up and bought it because I liked the colour, it was around $50 which I don’t think is too bad for a long sleeved hoody. It is available on the Abercrombie website here.

I think I went a bit crazy in Abercrombie & Fitch but when I saw this shirt I had to buy it because I want to wear it on Christmas day. I love the greens and reds that run through the shirt and I don’t have anything like this so I could justify it regardless of the price! You can find it here.

The last thing fashion wise that I got whilst I was there was my Michael Kors Bag. I was lucky enough to have this gifted to me by my step-dad. It is a grey tote bag which hold everything that I need it too without being too big, I chose this grey colour because I thought that it was perfect for any time of the year! Again, this is available to order to the UK from Macy’s here.MKBag

It was definitely a trip of a life time and I will never forget it, especially with all of these amazing items that I will have for a very long time! Every time that I wear something that I bought on the trip the memories that I now relate to them come right back!
