How Do I Apply?
Click on the links below to look at the role profile for the role(s) you are interested in. Once you’ve found a role that sounds perfect for you, email email@example.com with the following:
- A paragraph or two on why you are perfect for the role.
- Include your previous experiences/responsibilities at Nerve where possible.
- Include any relevant evidence (audio recordings, articles, designs, etc) that relate to the role you are applying for.
- Some role profiles have additional information that you need to provide. Read the documents closely.
If you are applying for several roles, please send separate emails for each.
Please DO NOT include a CV.
What Happens After I Apply?
Immediately after you send your application to firstname.lastname@example.org you should get an automated response back. If you do not receive one soon after please check your spam or junk folders. If you still haven’t received any email from us, please send off your application again, this time copying in (CC’ing) email@example.com.
We will contact you from an @nervemedia.org.uk email address soon after applications close on the 16th of May. Make sure you have @nervemedia.org.uk email addresses whitelisted, as we sometimes have issues with email ending up in your spam or junk folders.
Our email to you after applications close will let you know about the next steps. We may ask you to come in for an interview, which will be conducted in the week following the deadline.
If you don’t hear from us for a week or so after the 16th of May, send us an email and let us know.
When Are Successful Applicants Announced?
The roles, and the successful applicants to fill those roles, will be announced at our annual Nerve Awards. We don’t have an exact date for this yet, but it normally happens late May. We will be letting you all know via our website and social media channels as soon as we confirm the date, so keep an eye out for that soon.

Nerve Tech consists of a handful of students that are committed to making Nerve the best in student media, by creating award-winning technical achievements and continuing to support Nerve’s technical services.
